Is my information kept confidential?

Yes. Our secure server uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. SSL is the current standard for secure Internet transactions. This server encrypts information, keeping it private, protected, and safe to transmit over the Internet. The ABM Company Store will not sell or rent customer information.

How are orders from the store invoiced?

Orders from the store are invoiced directly to the customer placing the order. The customer is solely responsible for all charges. The store is administered by an authorized ABM vendor, Swift Incentives, Vendor #6948811.

What do I do with defective merchandise?

You must contact us within a week of receiving defective product so we can handle the matter with the shipping carrier or Factory Line that manufactured the product. Once it is determined where the fault lies the matter will be handled accordingly and credits will be applied.
